Travel Time 100% of applicable T1 Hourly Rate applies to calls outside the Melbourne metropolitan taxi zone.
Minimum Booking Period
The minimum call period is three (3) hours Moday to saturday and (4) hours Sundays and Public Holidays. Calls finishing within the time period will be charged at the applicable time rate.
Meal Breaks
One half hour unpaid meal break in every five (5) hours worked. This can be reduced if the employee elects to do so. Where possible an employee will receive a 10 minute paid crib break after three (3) hours worked. Employees required to work through a meal break shall be paid double the prescribed rate for half an hour.
