•Fees & Penalty Charges
Administration Fee - 5% applies to bookings requiring 20+ crew and for bookings outside Victoria.
Cancellation Fee - Less than 24 hours prior to original commencement time - 50% of Est. fee Less than three (3) hours prior to original commencement time - Full Est. fee
Alteration Fee - Time and Crew number alterations must be made no later than three (3) hours prior to the original commencement time or an alteration fee will be charged - 10% of the invoice charged.
Late booking fee - Bookings made three (3) hours (or less) prior to the required commencement time will incur and additional 5% of the invoice charge.
XXX: WARNING - Please don't poach our crew! ... A finder's fee shall apply where the client hires any supplier employees without consultation and/or the express permission of the supplier within 90 days of the last engagement . The fee will be based on individual circumstances and shall reflect the employee's capacity under the direct employ of the client.
